Union Square Park, also known only as Union Square, is an important and historic intersection in the city of New York, is located where Broadway and the Bowery joined in the beginning of XIX century.

Our advice:

Conservation Center of Union Park (Crossroads of NY Union Square Park) offers a 90minute tour every Saturday at 2:00 pm. The guide will tell about the political and social history of the neighborhood, architecture and drastic changes that the area has taken. No reservations are needed for the tour, but if you go in a group of more than 10 people you should call before at (212) 517-1826

Union Square is home to some of the most famous restaurants in the city, earning a reputation as the "Best Tasting Neighborhood". Look for your food in this area.

Union Square also has a variety of performing arts centers, cinemas, and is the home of the best theaters in the city Off-Broadway. Find your entertainment on this site.
