Bryant Park Activities

Bryant Park is like a tranquility heart and open air in the city, where workers escape from the surrounding buildings during their lunch break to eat at public tables and listen to the free piano concert that can be enjoyed on Fridays from 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and other days from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Lie down in the center of the park to take in some nice sun with the wonderful view of the skyscrapers of Midtown Manhattan, one of the most outstanding architectural performances in the world that are worth to enjoy.

Bryant Park is a place to socialize, relax or entertain with one of the many table games that the park offers for Chess and Backgammon tournaments fans, during the summers from Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 9:00 pm, with a minimum cost for every half hour. Other free games that the park offers are: Quoits, Scrabble and Chinese Chess, and there is a designated area for playing Pentaque and Ping Pong and an area just to read comfortably under umbrellas where you will find a variety of books and magazines donated for adults and children. One of the most famous attractions is the Carousel created to complement the classic French style of the park, open from June to December and it costs $2 per ride. Please keep in mind that the activities and their schedules are changing according to the seasons.
