The US Open is the modern version of one of the oldest tennis tournaments and with no doubt one of the most important sporting events of the world. The championship lasts 2 weeks and has been held since 1978, every year during August and September. This is an excellent program to do during the long weekend "Labor Day" a holiday (which takes place the first Monday of September)

It has 5 modes: Players compete in 5 different ways; individual men and women, double men and women and mixed doubles.

Location: Matches will be played in several courts at the National Tennis Center USTA Billie Jean King. At Arthur Ashe Stadium will be played main matches, at Louis Armstrong Stadium and Grandstand the secondaries will be played, to see the stadium map, click here.

Tickets: Will be available from June 10th; price varies depending on location and match.

Tickets can be paid by credit card and choose from paper tickets which will be sent by regular mail or e-tickets will be received on your email.

Our advice:

It is better to use public transport to avoid parking costs, and traffic jams are frequent during the championship.

August weather can be very hot and humid, night games are cooler and generally more economical.
