Big Apple Greeter shows every corner of the city for pleasure. They offer tours from two hours to a full day. You must book online three to four weeks before your trip, provide the name of your hotel; since it only covers hotels, apartments or hostels located in Manhattan. Remember to enter the language in which you want the tour to be. These tours are completely free and the guides work only for the tip so if you feel you received good service, you are invited to give their deserved tip per person.
Our advice:
The registration form for guide’s assignation should be submitted only in English. Submit it at least 3-4 weeks before arriving in New York.
