Those who boarded the train in New York City the day of NO Pants on trains; they found themselves with tremendous spectacle: boys and girls walking without pants through the station like nothing. Many of them with a great sense of humor took to the streets without pants, covered only with coats and scarves, to celebrate the day of not wearing pants (No Pant’s Day). This celebration, which began in 2002 as a joke, is already a tradition that has spread to other cities around the world. Participants behave as if they do not know each other, and they all wear winter coats, hats, scarves and gloves. The only unusual thing is his lack of pants.
In 2006, the New York police arrested 8 citizens for wearing underwear in public. A month after their arrest, the court ruled in their favor because it is not illegal to wear only underwear in public in New York City.
