Empire State Building Run-Up

Date:      Tuesday, May 12, 2020

If you want to take a lift, you can get to the observation deck of the Empire State Building in about a minute, but if you do in the race titled "Run Up" you should climb 1,576 steps to reach the same platform, This is not real marathon. It is attempt and even a very exhausting career. The staircase is vertiginous and without windows. If you focus entirely on the career, you can not count the steps, you are too busy focusing on balance, energy conservation and safety. Approximately 17 countries send their representative and about 800 are runners who only have the honor oto participate, there is no prize, only to raise funds for a charity, the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF), leader in Cancer research that has contributed to double survival for multiple myeloma patients since its inception, most brokers try to set goals of less than 10 minutes. The secret to working is to get out fast and away from the group. If you are interested in this race you should subscribe to http://goo.gl/lrei5w
