For adrenaline junkies and outdoor sports, we invite you to join the group of skaters in New York City. Every summer there is an event in the Big Apple, where skaters from around the country and the world come to join the party, adventure, explore and experience New York City on roller skates. It's free.
Our advice:
They must wear protective gear such as a helmet, wristbands, knee pads, elbow pads, at night, reflective clothing, and flashing lights required by New York state law.
The organizers of the event are asking Skate participants to have health and liability insurance.
Remember, each athlete is responsible for staying alert to possible dangers and obeying all traffic rules.
