You can start with the spirit of Halloween with Boo at the Zoo, which takes place at the Bronx Zoo, where you can enjoy family attractions with different themes.
Programming:
Jack O'Lantern creatures: Take a tour of the facilities World of Darkness illuminated with themed Halloween, pumpkins, bats, insects and more, are part of the route. Hours: 10am - 5pm.
What do you see?: Start each morning with talks and feeding brown bear with treats, and a splendid view of the whole park. Schedule: You can check the timetables by clicking here.
Costume parade: Pick out your best costume and participate in the parade. It starts at the garden of Rhino and extends to Grizzly bears. Hours: 12pm - 2pm.
Hay Labyrinth: Have fun with your children making a tour of twists and turns in the maze located in the Butterfly Patio. Hours: 11am - 5pm.
Pumpkin carving: Experts of sand sculptures in the United States, this time, will be creating works in carved pumpkins; each week will have a different theme. Hours: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm.
Trick or Treat: Children can play safely in several locations around the park with snacks and sweets. Timetable: 11am - 5pm.
Creepy Crafts: Try to make art with your own hands creating unique pumpkins. Timetable: 11am - 4pm.
Musical shows: Gigi and the Lend Me a Hand Band back to the zoo to sing and dance at the tent Grizzly Bears, bringing the whole spirit of the season. Hours: 11:30 am, 1pm and 3pm.
Magic show: David Levitan combines magic and humor in a show for children in the Grizzly Bear Shop. Schedule: 12pm 2pm and 4pm.
