The museum has a permanent collection of works by artists that has to do somehow with the Bronx, the aim of the museum is to serve as a bridge between the various communities living in the Bronx, traditionally African-American and Latin people, brings together more than 1,000 works spanning all media, including an interesting display of street art and the famous graffiti. The museum has an interesting initiative of the department of education to help the development of adolescents, families, and adults for their careers.

Due to the high level of demand for the museum programs, it is recommended that all groups (10 or more visitors) make a reservation at least three weeks before the date of the visit.

The Zoo is located at 25 to 30 minutes from Manhattan, it's one of the biggest zoos in the world, with around 650 species, with 4,000 animals spread over 100 hectares in several habitats proper of the species. The New York Botanical Garden (New York Botanical Garden) located in the Bronx, was one of the first gardens of its kind in America. We recommend you to visit the water garden, the greenhouse and gardens in general. If you don’t want to use the small parking or do not want to pay the fee of $8, you can go to a free parking outside the hotel. On Tuesdays the parking is free.
For transport, the Subway-North offers a package for two adults and a child includes a ride back to the Great Central and admission to Wave Hill.
There is a free ride van to Wave Hill, runs from the west side of Broadway in front of Burger King, every 10 minutes, from 9:10 a.m. to 15:10. The ride returns to Broadway with the visitor's can leave them in front of Burger King, the way back is done every hour from noon to 5:00 pm

Van Cortlandt House Museum, also known as Federick Van Cortlandt House or Van Cortlandt House, is the oldest building in the Bronx, New York. The house was built with Georgian in 1748. The Van Cortlandts was prominent in the city affairs mercantile family.
The house was used during the war of independence by Rochambeau, Lafayette and George Washington. In 1889, after 140 years of occupation by the Van Cortlandt family was sold to the city of New York.
It was included on the National Register of Historic Places in 1967 and became a National Historic Landmark in 1976. It was the first House Museum in New York (1897) and the fourth in the country.
The Museum offers history buffs a fascinating insight into the life of the clan Van Cortlandt by 18th-century decorative arts and the experiences of people who lived and worked on the property.

For Christmas, the Botanical Garden in the Bronx presents a wonderful show called "HOLIDAY TRAIN SHOW" "The Show of Christmas Train", Where you can see more than 20 scale model trains covering a wide variety of terrain and 150 miniature buildings of the five counties, with thousands of lights artfully designed, which occupy a quarter mile. The Bronx is one of the five boroughs of New York. It’s separated from Manhattan by the Harlem River and is the only one of five that is not on an island. As for culture, we can say that is the birthplace of rap and hip hop, jazz evolved. Its population is multicultural so is said that more than 70 different languages are spoken, although English and Spanish prevail over the rest.

If you just want to escape to a small fishing village and eat fresh seafood, you can go to Island City, located in the Bronx, is connected to the mainland by a narrow bridge. Island City is an active boating community throughout the year. It measures 2.4 kilometers long and only half a kilometer wide, where we find restaurants, shops, galleries, yacht clubs, marinas and shipyards.
